    <p>Plantoo is a platform that businesses ("organizations") use to talk to their customers, take bookings and handle
        the paperwork that goes with them — in Plantoo's own web chat, and on WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. This page
        explains what we hold about you, why, and how to have it removed.</p>

    <h2>Who is responsible</h2>
    <p>The organization you are dealing with decides what it asks you and what it does with your answers. Plantoo
        holds and processes that information on the organization's behalf, and for running the platform itself.</p>

    <h2>What we hold</h2>
    <ul>
        <li><strong>Your account:</strong> your name, and your email address and phone number if you gave them.</li>
        <li><strong>If you write to an organization on WhatsApp or Messenger:</strong> your WhatsApp number or the ID
            Messenger gives you for that organization's Page, and the name shown on your profile there.</li>
        <li><strong>Your conversations:</strong> the messages, choices, form answers, photos and files you send, and the
            messages the organization sends you.</li>
        <li><strong>Your bookings:</strong> the services, times, prices, payment receipts and documents that belong to
            them.</li>
        <li><strong>Sign-in records:</strong> when you signed in, your IP address and your browser type, to keep your
            account safe.</li>
    </ul>

    <h2>How we use it</h2>
    <ul>
        <li>To carry your conversations and bookings with the organization you chose, and send you its messages and
            reminders on the channel you chose.</li>
        <li>To let you sign in, including the one-time sign-in links we send to your own WhatsApp or Messenger.</li>
        <li>To keep the platform secure and working, and to answer you if you contact us.</li>
    </ul>
    <p>We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.</p>

    <h2>Who we share it with</h2>
    <ul>
        <li>The organization you are dealing with.</li>
        <li>Meta (WhatsApp and Messenger), only for the messages you exchange there.</li>
        <li>The services that host and run the platform for us, under contract and only to provide it.</li>
        <li>Anyone the law requires us to.</li>
    </ul>

    <h2>How long we keep it</h2>
    <p>For as long as your account or bookings are active, and afterwards for as long as the organization needs it for
        its records or the law requires. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time — see
        <a href="/data-deletion">Deleting your data</a>.</p>

    <h2>Your choices</h2>
    <ul>
        <li>You can choose, for each organization, whether its messages also reach you on WhatsApp, Messenger or only in
            web chat (Account › Where we message you, or type <em>settings</em> in the chat).</li>
        <li>You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.</li>
